FWDG works with manufacturers who stand behind the quality of their products. Select mattresses include comfort guarantee programs that allow adjustments if the initial feel is not right.

Guarantee terms and eligibility vary by product and manufacturer. Our team explains applicable guarantees before purchase so you understand what options are available.

BedSmart Accessories

Pillows, mattress protectors, adjustable bases, foundations, or any other bedding accessories are non-returnable, non-refundable, with no exchanges. All sales are final.

Sleep Comfort Guarantee

SSB Comfort Guarantee

BeautyRest Black and Serta iComfort mattresses qualify for a comfort guarantee. Customer must sleep on the mattress for at least 30 days per manufacturer and has up to 120 days to reselect. Customer may reselect one time only. Reselected mattresses must be of equal or greater value; there will be no refunds. Customers must purchase a mattress pad to honor the sleep guarantee.

Heritage Sleep Comfort Guarantee

FWDG mattresses made by Heritage Sleep do qualify for a comfort guarantee. Customer must sleep on the mattress for at least 30 days per manufacturer and has up to 100 days to reselect. Customer may reselect one time only. Reselected mattresses must be of equal or greater value; there will be no refunds. Customers must purchase a mattress pad to honor the sleep guarantee.

Exclusions

There is no comfort guarantee on closeout/clearance models. Aireloom, BeautyRest World Class, Mattress Tech, Mattress 1st, and any other mattresses not included in the policies above will also not have a comfort guarantee. All sales are final on these items.

Mattress Warranties

Warranties vary depending on manufacturer. In the event of a service issue, the manufacturer determines the course of action. FWDG will assist you with the process and will follow the protocol determined by the manufacturer.
